Legging Material: Our Silky Soft Material is custom made exclusively for Charlies Project! We use double brushed 92% Polyester & 8% Spandex. The leggings are perfect for casual wear and even fun for the gym! Summer Weight is a lighter weight fabric than our Fall/Winter Fabric as its perfect for warmer weather. All leggings are made in the summer weight fabric unless noted. (Please note: in some instances they may appear sheer around curvaceous areas. Leggings are not yoga pants and do not provide compression.

Returns Policy: ALL returns must have a return authorization or use our auto return process. Any items returned without an authorization will not be accepted and returned back to the customer. All returns must be shipped to address below otherwise we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please keep a copy of your tracking number to verify a return was received. We do not reimburse for return postage. For defects a return authorization is also needed.
Returns: Many items are Final Sale and each product is noted on the product page such as $12 sale items & $22 sale items. These items are Final sale, no returns, no exchanges as well as the $4.99 items. Any item marked down more than 40% or Holiday items is a Final sale item and may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns on final sale items: any returns received without prior authorization or of final sale/outlet items will be DONATED. We will notify you via email regarding the donation.
Returns within 7 days: Please follow the auto return process, Click here to start process on in-stock items. Refunds within 7 days of receipt. (Returns are only for normal priced merchandise and NOT sale items.) Final Sale items are non returnable or exchangeable. Returns without an RMA# will be donated or returned to sender. Final Sale items or Items returned after the allowed return period will not be honored and returned to sender or donated.
WE WILL DENY ANY RETURNED ITEM, NEW, DAMAGED, WORN, ETC.... IF THE ITEM HAS PET HAIR OR A CIGARETTE SMELL, YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING SO WE CAN SHIP THE ITEM(S) BACK TO YOU OR WE WILL DISCARD THE ITEM(S).
*Please note that we can only accept returns for credit on items that are in New Original Condition. The items cannot be worn or washed, they also need to have the original Charlies Project tag still attached to the product *IF THE TAGS ARE REMOVED WE WILL NOT REPLACE, REFUND, CREDIT FOR THE GARMENT.
When Will My Item Ship?: Processing/Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing before shipping. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
Shipping/Tracking: Please allow 2-3 Business Days for your USPS tracking to update. Please keep in mind the Saturday & Sunday is not considered a business day. First Class mail tends to update less frequently. Unfortunately we do not have access to further information from the USPS.
Otherwise, If your order is a day or 2 behind there is no need to email as we are currently processing it.
Shipping to APO/FPO please allow up to 2 months for delivery as we are not responsible for the time frame of military base mail delivery.

Shipping Costs? Shipping will range from $4.50 for one item to $12 depending on the size of your order. After adding to your cart a shipping quote is provided based on your zip code. We ship in the U.S., Canada & World Wide.
Lost Package? Please contact your local post office or proper delivery company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages with tracking marked "delivered", we apologize. Problems with an Order/Defective?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, along with Order# and/or billing name on Order. Please allow at least 3 -4 business days for a response as we review ALL emails. To keep costs down on products we must keep our overhead low and we do not have telephone support available at this time.
Most prints are limited and only printed in small quantities however mistakes & defects do occur, and they are rectified promptly.

Returns allowed within 7 days of receipt. Leggings must be received in same condition as received (unworn). Must have Attached tags & in original plastic bag. Must be free of any perfumes, smoke, pet hair. Leggings not received in this condition for exchange will receive a 25% deduction.

Any unauthorized returns or refused shipments will incur a restocking fee of 25% and shipping cost. Refused shipments will also incur shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Charge Backs by Credit Cards Filed: Charge backs filed by customers credit card for delivered merchandise will be sent to a collection agency for collection. A charge back is not warranted for received merchandise not returned and tracking of delivered, lost package, buyer error, discount not received, lost shipment or buyer remorse.

Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective items please follow the steps below: Please email email@example.com along with a quick pic and we will arrange a solution. Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt and inform us of any possible defect. Unfortunately any issues after 7 days can't be honored.
Please include your name, order #, photos of the damage, photos of the tag still attached to the legging and any supporting documentation that you have for your request. Please remember that missing information can delay the return process, thank you!
Duplicate Orders: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a solution and thank you so much for letting us know! We will reward your honesty :)
Refunds for out of stock items: Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process a refund to your card. The time differs depending on your banks. Please keep in mind the Saturday & Sunday is not considered a business day.
Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by the credit card companies, or fraud alerts.
Orders identified as fraudulent, inability to ship to an address provided, items unavailable or any other error with a product will also be canceled. A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
The processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel an order up until it has been delivered.
